I do not worry with a 7 They say overnight but I am fine with them day and night. Note: the small end goes to the front. I’ve tried all brands and for me Tena is the best. They fit perfectly, are long enough to cover my whole bottom area, and are wonderfully soft, with padding that feels light like cotton.
