## Description

Based on extensive testing results, SONAX PERFECT FINISH is by far one of the most flexible compounds/polishes available. It works equally well on German clear coats, Asian OEM clear coats, and domestic paint finishes. Perfect Finish is designed for the one-step polishing of sanded paint defects such as dust inclusions or paint runs. It removes traces of P2000 grit or finer. This innovative paint polish creates an initial deep cut, then reduces to a high gloss, resulting in a hologram-free paint surface. Silicone-free. Use with SONAX Polishing Pad (Gray), Art. No. 493241, or SONAX Polishing Pad (Orange), Art. No. 493000.

Review: Sonax Perfect Finish is one of the best and most versatile polishes on the market today - Very good quality polish and good value for the money. Even a novice can get good results with Sonax products including Perfect Finish. Just couple this to a good quality polishing pad or finishing pad and use with either a Dual Action polisher or Rotary Polisher. Make sure you buy 3 or 4 pads or you'll have to clean your pads frequently. If you have 3 or 4 pads, you can switch out the pad after every few panels which will keep your polishing consistency about the same around the entire vehicle. Not only did it take out minor scratches and swirls, the shine it left behind was like looking into a mirror and the paint color was more vibrant. The polish is a little pricey but it's worth it especially since you can get excellent results in one buffing pass. I also like how it wipes off easily and it is virtually dust free. I liked it so much, I ordered the larger 33 oz bottle. I polished two cars out of one 8.45 oz bottle. A little goes a long way. I highly recommend it.

**Q: Is the smaller 8.5 oz product the same Sonax perfect finish 4/6? The picture and description do not show the 4/6 designation.**
A: Hi,Yes and no. From what I understand the 4/6 is perfect finish but made for use with random orbital polishers where the original perfect finish was designed to work primarily with rotary. I purchased this product a few months back and it was perfect finish not the 4/6.

**Q: Did you polish come with a seal? Mine came without, just wondering if mine was opened before it being sent to me. Thanks in advance.**
A: I don’t recall a seal. It works fantastic and goes a long way. The small bottle polished about 4 cars.

**Q: What king of polisher and pad is recommended for this product?**
A: Rotary or dual-action buffer would work just fine, I believe sonax recommends a orange medium polishing pad for moderate swirl removal. Although depending on the severity of the imperfections and how soft/hard the paint is you could use a more/less aggressive pad to achieve the desired result.

**Q: Is that product good to remove or fix overspray and rough spots on spray painted alloy wheels? They were redone a coupe of weeks ago.**
A: Not sure But most top waxes are suppose to be good removing overspray

Very good quality polish and good value for the money. Even a novice can get good results with Sonax products including Perfect Finish. I heard excellent reviews regarding this Sonax Perfect Finish polish so I decided to try it. I used my DA polisher with a finishing pad and the results were amazing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Go-to Compound

This is my most-used compound. It's great for a quick, single stage correction since it (somehow) cuts decently and finishes well. I use it both with cutting pads and light polishing pads depending on my goals at the time. This is also a great second step for clearing haze caused by heavy cut compound and wool on a rotary (for example). On hard, medium and semi-soft clears, this finishes great. If working with a soft or very soft clear, I still use one more lighter-cut step. If I had to choose a flaw, I would say this dries relatively quickly and can make a rotary polisher a bit harder to control, but it's still not bad and no worse than other compounds.
