It seems good value for money and a good size. The mat itself has a nice feeling and is nice when resting against. Quality seems good and was nice and flat after a few hours. Not as stain proof as leather but still easy enough to clean. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The perfect addition to a cozy desk setup *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 9 March 2026* Having tried a ton of desk mats from fabric to leather and the standard 'mouse mat' material, this is just amazing. It's warm to the touch and has enough depth to be squishy underhand, but still feels rigid enough to be solid and sturdy.I do have to say though that if you're using this, you will have a much worse time using a mouse. I have this on part of my desk that doesn't get any mouse usage, but if that's important to you, beware of this. It's not terrible, but I find it adds some more friction and due to the nature of the surface my mouse tracking feels substantially less accurate. However, that may be fine for your usage. My only other complaint is that mine never quite got completely flat after removing it from the box, which means it doesn't make perfect contact with my desk and so moves around quite a bit. The little grip spots on the bottom just don't feel quite up to the job of keeping it in place - but this may just be because my item doesn't go quite flat, although this may be a more common issue than just with my unit. All in all, a lovely product, but just consider against your use case! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped forearm irritation immediately. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 30 July 2026* Exactly as described. I ordered it as my desk was irritating my forearms and since using this I’ve not had any issues.. ## Frequently Bought Together - Nordik Large Felt Desk Mat - Charcoal - 35 x 17 inch - Full Desk Keyboard Mat - Computer Desk Mat for Keyboard and Mouse Pad - Desktop Mat - Large Felt Desk Pad - Quntis Computer Monitor Lamp, Screen Monitor Light Bar for Eye Caring, USB Reading LED Task Lamp with Auto-Dimming, Dimmable Light Bar, Touch Control, No Glare Space Saving Home Office Desk Lamps - KIVY Dual Monitor Riser with Integrated Metal Shelf - Wooden desk shelf for top of desk - Wood monitor stand for desk 2 monitors / tv - Dual monitor stand riser for desk - Large walnut monitor stand --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/613559755-nordik-felt-desk-mat-large-felt-desk-pad-charcoal-89](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/613559755-nordik-felt-desk-mat-large-felt-desk-pad-charcoal-89) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
