A: Our Regular recipe contains imitation rum flavoring, while our Dark recipe contains spices and molasses. Both recipes are made with our bountiful assortment of fruits and nuts. Although we sell more Regular than Dark, both recipes are delicious.

A: Under normal conditions, our cakes have a shelf-life of approximately six months. For extended keeping, we advise placing the cakes in a refrigerator. Our fruit cake may also be frozen.

A: We recommend chilling our fruit cakes before slicing and serving. Use a sharp knife for slicing. It is helpful to moisten the blade before each slice.
