Welds make the bars 4 out of 5; welds could be cleaner as it looks like this could be a failing point as paint wears and starts rusting. If the welds were cleaner, I don't think this would be an issue. Looks like at least one of my bars is already rusting and it's only been outside for a few weeks. The screws on the other hand--don't even waste your time putting them in. I tried backing them out to adjust where I was mounting them on my board and 90% of them broke off. I know they weren't over-torqued either.
