I have now tried the Plus 20 and 24(this one) I am going back to the plus 20 from the same company as it is $100 cheaper in the same size, only one tier down. I eat one spoonful a day, even when healthy as part of my morning routine. I think if you were really sick maybe it might be worth it, but not for internal daily maintenance use. I also purchased the small plus 28 for external use only, but it does taste good too, even more money per gram than this one.

Very Good.....and very expensive, as you can see. Been using this for a couple of months now it is having a favorable effect on my blood glucose levels. It tastes so good and it is delivered fast. Premium quality and pure honey. It can be used for medical applications and is easy to take.
