Fast delivery and more importantly, fantastic supplement. Too old to be trying to help with fertility but my hair has got thicker (my hairdresser has commented on this as well as friends), and looks so much better. My nails have also got stronger so are growing much better - more like when I was a teenager. Very happy and have recommended to others.

It Helped me a lot! Having PCOS my period now is regular! The taste is good, I drink it as a juice. I definitely recommend it but not just one pack. I’d been having it for 4 months and then stopped as I’ve noticed that I don’t have any problems with my period anymore.
