While a budget item, this is a high quality seasoning, and it has a very old strong flavor for Italian seasoning.This is a seasoning that is very flavorful and definitely brings in Italian flavor to your dishes, and is great as mentioned, and you can even kind of sort of coat and season things like vegetables with a bit of oil, before you roast them in the oven, or toaster oven. A Solid good flavor to it, but it isn't harsh in any way. It is hard to overdo it with the seasoning to be honest, and it is a bit forgiving that way.This definitely makes dinner and my meals taste a lot better, especially as you can use this as a main seasoning to make a nice spaghetti sauce. I've gotten this multiple times, and I can highly recommend it.
