Review: Best face wash I’ve ever tried! - I’ve tried different face washes and I always come back to Brickell. This one has been a great addition to my routine. It leaves my skin feeling clean, refreshed, and hydrated without drying it out. The wash is gentle, lathers well, and rinses clean. After using it consistently, my skin feels smoother and looks healthier overall. I pair this with the facial toner and the anti-aging cream after a shower and it’s the best my face has ever felt. I also appreciate that it contains ingredients like hyaluronic acid and MSM to help my skin stay hydrated and fresh looking. First and most importantly, it does exactly what a face wash should—cleans effectively without being harsh or drying, which is something I’ve run into with some other products. It leaves my skin feeling quite fresh and smooth, and I’ve noticed it does actually soften the appearance of some fine lines - nothing dramatic - but definitely noticeable in my case. I sometimes use it after I shave in the morning, and what really stands out is how good it feels post-shave—refreshing, some firming, and just overall kind of soothing feel to it. I find it to be a nice prep/base before putting on other skincare products. While I tend to prefer unscented products, the scent of this cleanser is light and pleasant—not overpowering, just a “clean” scent. While I tend to rotate through a few different skincare products as I’m always curious to try out new ones, this one has likely earned a spot in my routine. If I had one wish, it’d be for a travel-size version. I travel frequently for work and this past week ended up transferring it into a TSA-approved bottle so I didn’t have to go without as I wanted to use it daily to see the outcome of consistent use. It worked out fine, but a travel option would be ideal since the 4 oz bottle as currently marketed is only slightly larger than what’s allowed in carryon luggage currently anyways. As with most Brickell products it’s on the pricier side, and I’m still seeing how long the bottle lasts, but the fact that it’s all-natural and organic and easy on the skin typically makes it worth it to me. High-quality ingredients and noticeable results are things I’ll pay for most of the time. Highly recommend this cleanser as part of a personalized skincare regimen. It does its job very well in my experience.
