Over a few weeks, its capacity seemed to diminish significantly. The final straw came when it stopped charging entirely. The device now has a perplexing and frustrating problem: when plugged in, all the indicator lights blink continuously, suggesting it's taking a charge. When I unplug it, however, it's completely dead and won't power any devices. Plugging it back in immediately shows all lights lit up, as if it's fully charged, which is clearly not the case. This behavior makes it completely useless as a portable power source.Adding to the frustration is the complete lack of product support.
