The source is wherever it was grown, at a farm, or could be out in the wild, but it would be too expensive for the company to harvest it in the ancient, traditional way out in the wild; customers would pay a hefty price for it. **Q: What's the best way to cook this rice?** A: I just make it 1 part rice to 4 parts water, add some chicken bullion paste (better than bullion) and pepper. Cook in a rice cooker until it clicks off. perfect every time. **Q: Will the rice split open after sokeing for a few hours?** A: I never soak my rice but, I understand it takes 24 to 48 hours of soaking before the rice opens.
