Overall, I was satisfied. I have also used a more expensive De'Longhi Magnifica Evo w/ built-in grinder. Also happy with that. But this one, Dedica Maestro Plus, seems to have issues - it is a dud, TBH. I have no idea if it is a faulty machine or all Maestro Plus machines are like this. Milk Frothing is great. But making espresso takes for ever. Just drip, drip, .... Drop, drop, drop, .... I have experimented with grind size etc. I hate to return the machine after using.
