It doesn’t hold a lot but enough to where if you’re just shredding mail you probably only need to dump it out every three weeks. It cuts strips and can do about five sheets without clogging or jamming so it has enough power to do that. It never jammed so I’m happy with it.

Quizás el único "problema" es que el bote se llena rápidamente, pero por el precio me pareció un excelente producto.

A: Try unplugging and then check the shredder for paper stuck in the teeth. Oleg back in and try again.

**Q: It says you don’t have to remove staples or clips????**
A: I leave staples and ir does fine.  I always take off paper clips no matter how small.
