Review: Just buy it, you found what you're looking for - Just buy it! You won't regret it. If you've ever sat on a chair for more than a couple of hours and have to hobble away after, yes, this is what you're looking for. September 2022 I purchased this and it's now July 2026 and it still saves my back daily. I have used this pillow nearly every single day, at minimum 5 days a week for 8+ hours. Doing extremely rough match I've spent about 7,000+ hours sitting on this pillow and it works the same as the day I purchased it. The thickness of the pad is perfect, you don't feel like you're sinking and you don't feel like you're sitting on a hard floor. It's perfectly supportive in the way that you forget about it because it works so well, but if you remove it you see an immediate change. I use it in a standard desk chair and it fits fine. I am a larger woman with wide hips and I don't spill over the sides. I do like the cooling quality to it in the summer and I simply drape a blanket over my chair in the winter to make it cozy and warm. I would buy this again (though it's such high quality I have no doubt it will last for years to come) and I reccomend it to my friends and family all the time. As a bonus above everything else, there's a nice handle where you can carry it to your office and I use it in my craft room while sewing. And if somehow you're still not convinced, this pillow is easily a half to a quarter the price of similar ones and it is a workhorse.
Review: Really good Cushion. - This TushGaurd Cushion is Great. I ordered the Large in Grey to match my truck. So far after a weeks of daily use it is good to go. Definitely does the job as advertised. It is comfortable. Versatile. Easy to move around if need be. Ordered a few more for the other vehicles I have. Farthest trip so far has only been about 30-45 mins and it seemed good. You do feel a bit taller in the Car Seat sitting in this so you will have to adjust your seat height. My back and hip have pain relief now using this. So far so good. Highly recommend.

I do use this seat cushion for my car as I have a sensitive tailbone and offer relief when sitting. I am giving it 4-stars over that of 5 stars, only because in my circumstance, it could be thicker and equipped with a slightly bigger area to aid in pain relief from Coccyx tailbone pain. I would recommend this TushGuard car seat cushion. It is much better than another product type I currently use for my couch. There is no inflation although it does relief my pain or soreness and is comfortable when sitting on it correctly. I would recommend this for comfort and eases my pain.
