I took the purple colored Hi-shimmer eyeliner and it is highly pigmented. I have been using this for 10 days now. The applicator is narrow and with just one stroke, I can apply it. I have started using this instead of my normal black eyeliner as it adds a perfect amount of shimmer to my eyes. I loved this!
