It is a quality item that was packed well, easy to assemble, and comfortable. One of the great features is the recline control. Tighten it and it stays put. Other reviews warn of having to hunt for the recliner handle washer... I did, too. It got loose from the packing and hid itself under a flap in the box. If you buy this chair, don't throw the box out until you're sure you have all the parts because without that special washer, the recliner won't lock in place as it should. Overall: Looks great and comfortable!

This is my second bench master the other one lasted for many many years. Matter of fact, I am still using the original storage stool with another chair. I am 75 yr old and I am 5 foot five 227 pounds. The chair is just right for me. I need a chair that can recline little bit and a lot. I have lower back problems in this chair is just great for it. It’s easy for me to sit and watch TV with my feet up on the stool takes pressure off my lower back. by the way, I put the stool together by myself. It did take me a little longer than 35 minutes not much because of my back I had to stop and keep resting. Otherwise, if somebody that doesn’t have any problems, it’s easy for them. if you haven’t anyone to help you put it together I put the chair on its side to put the back on. You can line it up and put the screws in much easier that way and I also kept it on the side to put the arms on. Little package with all the screws in that and has Allen wrenches that’s what you put it together with and that’s all you need. You might have a little trouble. If you have arthritis in your hands I do, but I was still able to do it we just have to take your time. I recommend the chair.

Really glad I decided to pay a bit more and buy this particular chair. We have lesser models at the office but this one in my home could see some time because it's for one of the rooms with a TV. It is a quality item that was packed well, easy to assemble, and comfortable. One of the great features is the recline control. Tighten it and it stays put.
