Pressure changes with temperature have been the only need for topping up the air. I have honestly been torturing this aur mattress. I am sleeping outdoors in my hammock tent with this air mattress providing most of the needed R-value for 18F temperatures. Easy setup (make sure you keep your mouth a good distance from the inflation sack, as this will help fill the sack with your breath more quickly), tear down is okay. You may need to deflate and pack other stuff to let the remaining our funnel out. Or just quickly roll it up to get remaining our out, and then fold and roll the proper way. Inflation (once you figure out the distance for the sack) can be done in 2-3 sack fulls. If you're a wide body, definitely go for the wide pad!
