The adhesive is super strong, we placed it on the shower wall and allowed it to sit holding no weight for about a day. Fits the shower wand we have perfectly, and is pretty good quality for the price you pay. So far it’s working great, and holding well. I’d like to imagine it’s compatible with most wands because of it holding by the base of the wand, where the hose connects.
