The helmet shell is one size fits all instead of having 3 different shell sizes. They have one, very large shell and then are supposed to provide different thickness sponge liners to make the helmet fit large, medium and small heads. I knew better but still bought it and ordered medium. It was of course too big but the advertisement stated the company would send, at no charge, a different size liner if needed. Of course this did not happen as they just ignored my messages. desertcart suggested that I purchase the new small liner and they would refund the money when I received it. They did honour this agreement. Unfortunately when the liner arrived it is EXACTLY the same size and thickness as the medium. They did add 2 pieces of thin sticky sided foam that I assumed you had to stick on the inside of the helmet under the liner to make the liner fit tighter. All I do is turn it on and it sync’s to my phone. Tight getting through the bottom (cuts noise) but very comfortable.
