The saute pan is lightweight yet sturdy, heats evenly, non-stick coating is legit, washes very easily...checks all boxes. I bought the 12.5" pan and the size is perfect for cooking meals for the family. The only negative that I've noticed is the glass lid steams up and I can't see if my eggs have set yet, which is obviously a very minor gripe. Rice, potatoes, fried chicken, greens all cooked to the delight of everyone eating. I had high hopes for the Otantik sauté pan, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. Despite being advertised as non-stick, food sticks to the surface almost every time I use it. Even worse, the coating started chipping and peeling off after just a few uses, even exclusively used with silicone utensils, which makes me seriously question whether it’s safe or healthy to cook with. The overall build quality feels cheap and flimsy — definitely not what I expected for the price.
