Sometimes even sitting completely still would have me in agonising pain. I am on high doses of prescription drugs and they’re not touching it. I was pretty sceptical but thought I’d give this a go because I was desperate. I’m so glad I did! It doesn’t work for my arm and shoulder but it is brilliant for my hand! I can only surmise that I have too many layers of flesh/fat on my arm for it to work through but the backs of my hands and wrists are boney. Even for it to be so effective on this one area has made such an amazing difference to me over the last few days and I will definitely buy again. I really wish I could find a way to make it work throughout my arm. Maybe I needed to put more on but to be honest, I would need to use so much as the problem is my entire hand/arm/shoulder so I would go through that tiny tin in no time at all and it’s not cheap! I get syatica not all the time but when it hits you know about it. This stuff works not forever and maybe not for everyone but I get an almost instant relief. Its not bad smelling and doesn't cause a noticeable cold feeling, which as one of my symptoms can be a cold water sensation is perfect for me.
