This came in a sterile sealed bag, which assured me it was safe and clean to use.I really like that the needles are adjustable so I can start off small and work my way up. Very easy to set up and use, and comfortable to hold, makimg it easy to work with and use. This product is great for the face and really smoothens my wrinkles and helps my skin absorb my serums much better. The results are amazing with this stamper and will save me money on future facials because this allows me to focus and target the areas ony face that need extra attention individually, and with different settings. This can also be used on the scalp because it helps with hair loss. I have a similar stamper for my hair that I use with Minoxidil and the results are incredible. My skin sensation during use was noticeable but, not painful. I would start off at the lowest setting and work up from there. I did have redness and some burning on my more sensitive areas of my face that I treated but, this went away while I rested. I specifically did mine before bed so my face could heal and absorb my serum overnight while my face is in a relaxed state and healing. When I woke up, my face looked amazing and was ready for my beautiful makeup application. Works incredible and is a great value. Very durable and doesn't bend. Tje stamper is easy to clean. I cleaned with alcohol before and after each use. According to research,I should get up to 7 or 8 uses with this stamper. I would NOT reccomend using this on a daily basis, since your poking your skin. I do highly recommend this product. The handle has a dial so you can adjust the amount of needle that comes out of the bottom stamp area. I really like that. It allows you to start short and go to a deeper level slowly. I also like that it has a cover that also serves as a stand. Very nice design. It came in a sealed bag that had to be cut open to access the product. It looked like the type of bag they have in the Drs office with paper on the back and greenish film on the front. That gave me confidence that it was clean and ready to use. It came in a sealed sanitary package that looked like it was from the doctor's office. I've seen visible positive changes in my skin under a month.This thing is super easy to use and has instructions on the box. You just have to wash it with soap and water and alcohol. I love that I can use it for different parts of my skin with different needle lengths.
