It is great for promoting circulation and the motorized feature makes you feel like you are cheating on exercising! Something I was unsure of having a size 13 foot is if the pedal platform would be big enough. There is plenty of room and would fit a size 14 or larger. The heel end of the pedal does not have a lip around the edge so you could probably use it comfortably if your food was even larger then mine.
