The filter part in the water was cracked and the stuff plugged my 7 sink facets, 3 toilets and washer!( pictures attached). I connected the desertcart customer service and they’re awesome and offered me partial refund, but I refused because I couldn’t use the system without a good part working on it, he gave me the manufacturer company number, the customer service from manufacturer company was terrible, responded slow or no response !I told him that in the user’s manual, it said it has 1 year warranty on parts and reasonable labor costs, I told him that my plumber had to work extra hours to unplug my water pipes due to the broken parts, which means I had to pay more for the plumber. No! The customer service guy just coldly told me NO , either I accepted the new part or return whole unit back desertcart. How could he expect a single mom can put such heavy equipment into my car and haul them to UPS to return, so I had to accept the idea he offered to me and waited for a new parts, but 3days later I received the new parts , this time shipping was good but clearly I could tell the quality of the parts is much poorer than the original ones ( picture attached) and longer!
