Like most tools of this sort though it’s down to personal use and force used. I’d suggest practicing on something to get a feel for how it works before going at the tiles. Got someone to direct water to grinding area through a 4 foot long pipe to keep safe distance. Used grinder. Be aware of water and electricity. Wear rubber gloves under protective gloves. Gates open now and job done well. This was the only way to fix as gates won't go up. Worth the money and took about 9mm x 150 mm x 2 mtr worth of concrete off and is still looking good.
