I love it because 1) excellent quality, it has a very smooth and flawless finish and is fairly heavy, so it's well worth the pricetag 2) retains heat very well, which is important in certain types of tea because it directly affects the flavor 3) holds 24 oz, which is enough to serve 2 people if needed 4) easy to clean, no hidden nooks and crannies that are unreachable and would get stained 5) pours smoothly with no drips. Therefore, this one is a KEEPER for me, and that's saying a lot because I'm used to discarding lots of teapots because primarily they break, or just aren't Goldilocks for me. I doubt this teapot will break very easily.

This is the perfect pot for us. It holds 24 oz so we get two 12oz cups of tea. Not only is it very pretty but it keeps the tea warm for a while. Very easy to clean.
