I've used Cable Matters products before so I decided to give theirs a shot and I am not disappointed. It is plenty sharp and has no problem cutting off the excess cabling when crimping a pass-through connector, even if they're solid copper, and not strands. That matters. It's compatible with all the popular ethernet cables you'd expect, and is easy to use. In fact, I'd say easier to use since it cleanly cuts the excess wires when you perform the crimp, so you're not having to crimp it 2 or 3 times to get the wires cut that are pushing passed the pass-through connector.
