Also, you arent supposed to put soap on it to exfoliate! First I use the mitt just like it is witjout soap or anything, then after I exfoliate all the guck off I put some soap on it and use it to wash my body. Scrubbing in a circular motion helps a lot better than rubbing back and forth. These things take layers of dry and dead skin off you didnt even know you had!! Come out the shower feeling squeaky clean and super smooth! Like I've scrubbed my whole body really good with my loofah and thought I couldnt get any cleaner... then used the mitt and still got a suprising amount of dead skin off that my loofah couldnt get.
