It arrived 10-30 days before estimated for the amazing reason that they slapped another shipping label on a return and sent it my way. Such speeds can only be achieved by not bothering to open the return and perform such time consuming tasks as untying the knots in the cords, putting them back in their boxes, or removing the returned shipping information (Hi Gayle-hope you found a setup you like). The product itself seems solid. Sturdy split mold PVC upper with an adequate HDPE bucket. I haven't set it up to function yet but the pump does work. That brings me to the primary reason I gave it one star. In the product description it says it has a "timer". It does not. It has a state of the art "plugged in and not plugged in" aeroponic management system. This was the main reason I selected this product. I'm going to keep it and buy a timer I guess. Not sure this box can survive another trip around the globe/country. If you are looking for system to grow a bunch of really small water plants vertically, THIS is the thing for you!
