Review: As good as the PT facility pad - I am using the same type of pad at my PT sessions, only this new one is in much better shape, while performing just as well as the PT pad! It is actually a little longer than the PT pad, which definitely helps in balancing.

One of the items that we use are these blue spongy pads for balance exercises and I have really noticed the improvement in myself that I decided I would like to have one of my own and I can use this daily. It doesn’t require anything else special except something to hold onto if you lose your balance I’m very happy with this. It’s one of my favorite exercises and I can see the improvement after two weeks. of course it’s not the only thing that we do in therapy, but it’s something that I can do every day at home for as long as I want very pleased.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just the right firmness

I use a slightly thicker and larger balance pad in my PT sessions to stabilize my balance so when I saw this I said let me give it a try since my PT sessions will be coming to an end soon. Still not confident yet to stand on 1 leg but I’m able to step up and down with my cane, using it like im stepping up on and off of a small curb and I’m able to walk in place for 10 mins twice a day.
