They help block out a lot of background noise, which is ideal when you just want to focus on your workout. Sound quality is good and keeps you motivated while training. Battery life is excellent as well – you can just keep them in your bag without worrying about charging them all the time. I haven’t charged mine in over a month and they’re still going strong

Bought these mainly for the gym and they’ve been really good so far. They’re comfortable to wear even during longer sessions and stay in place well when running on the treadmill. They feel well made and the adjustable arms make it easy to get a comfortable fit on your head. They’re also really simple to use. They help block out a lot of background noise, which is ideal when you just want to focus on your workout. Sound quality is good and keeps you motivated while training. The audio is fantastic and so cheap too. It's a little loose around the head so I would not recommend for high activity like the gym but wonderful at home. Very very high battery; it lasts insanely long on a single charge and charging doesn't take long. Please get it, it's miles better than other cheapo headsets which break fast!
