I don't know how fair skinned the other reviewers are but I can tell you that as a black woman this product is no good for us darker skinned individuals. It leaves a very distinct bluish-white cast to the skin which can only be covered up by using full coverage heavy foundation. **Q: How effective is this at protecting against uva rating?
