I started experiencing plantar fasciitis and these helped immensely! I even switched between Dr. Sholls and these are by far the best. It does make your insole much higher, so I recommend removing the insoles you shoes came with so your feet fit inside your shoes. I combine these with Hokas and I'm walking like a rock star now.
