Arrived very quickly despite being shipped from overseas. As expected it feels great quality and fits the stockpot perfectly. However, many of the draining holes are so small that water can barely drain through them, meaning pulling the insert out and dumping the pasta into another pan will take a significant amount of pasta water with it. I would prefer larger holes which would allow me to more thoroughly drain the pasta, and I could add more pasta water to the sauce with a ladle which would give me more control.
