I have to have a patch on my back while I’m at work each day. So I buy a lot of patches and I had been buying the well known brand for over a year. And I loved them. I had never found anything that compared until these! They are almost exactly the same except better. The patch itself looks and feels the same quality as the other brand. But the part that was better is that these are not folded in half. The other brand is. And it’s hard to get the patch flat so you can put it flush on your skin. So I was so happy to see that. I put the patch on and went to work skeptical and had a patch from the other brand in my locker just in case. But I didn’t need it because it worked just as well! And it’s a fraction of the cost! So this is definitely a thumbs up and I will be buying these from now on! Review: Hot Patches - I really like the hot patches that I ordered. They helped my pain in my broken back very much. It’s not fun to have a broken back and in pain all the time. The heat is good therapy for it. To make them last longer, I cut them in half instead of putting it all on at once. ## Features - For temporary relief of minor aches & pains of muscles and joints ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B01LDZG5GI | | Additional Features | Reusable | | Age Range (Description) | Adult | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Best Sellers Rank | #59,191 in Health & Household ( See Top 100 in Health & Household ) #83 in Adhesive Heat Patches | | Brand | Coralite | | Brand Name | Coralite | | Color | Beige | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 855 Reviews | | Item Dimensions | 7 x 10 x 0.1 inches | | Item Form | Patch | | Item Weight | 3.84 ounces | | Manufacturer | Coralite | | Manufacturer Part Number | 780707901328 | | Model Number | 780707901328 | | Number of Items | 6 | | Product Benefits | Joint Therapy, Muscle Therapy, Pain Relief | | Size | 1 Count (Pack of 6) | | Special Feature | Reusable | | UPC | 780707901328 | | Unit Count | 6 Count | ## Product Details - **Age Range (Description):** Adult - **Brand:** Coralite - **Number of Items:** 6 - **Special Feature:** Reusable - **Unit Count:** 6 Count ## Images ![Bulk Case of 6 Capsaicin Hot Patch by Coralite (6) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71QgyGjsDXL.jpg) ## Questions & Answers **Q: What are the active & inactive ingredients?** A: Active Ingrdient: Capsaicin extract 0.025%; Inactive ingredients are: borneol, camphor, extract belladonna, lanolin, oleum menthae and other base material, rubber, zinc oxide. They are big so I cut them in half to use one on top and one at the bottom of back. Follow instructions because they can burn your skin if you don't give the area a rest. Since I'm always in pain, I'd use them more than I should have and at times would get burn so would them have to remove them. I feel the heat working and relieving some of the pain. They help me ## Frequently Bought Together - Bulk Case of 6 Capsaicin Hot Patch by Coralite (6) - Globe (3 Pack) Capsaicin 0.1% High Potency Pain Relief Cream, Unscented (2 oz) Deep Penetrating Relief from: Arthritis, Muscle, Joint and Back Pain - HealthWise Targeted Warming Capsaicin Heat Patch | Back & Large Areas | 20-Count | 5.25” x 7” | Topical Analgesic | Soothes Minor Aches and Pains --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/58917949-bulk-case-of-6-capsaicin-hot-patch-by-coralite-6](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/58917949-bulk-case-of-6-capsaicin-hot-patch-by-coralite-6) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
