It goes well with our other furniture and it's super functional.ASSEMBLY was pretty straightforward. If you've ever assembled IKEA or other "flat pack" furniture then you'll have no problem. Just remember that it's chip wood and don't over tighten the fasteners, and make sure you study each step before you act. It took us about 90 minutes including an Iced Tea break. Plan on two hours total, or three if you hurry. Don't hurry.Once it was finished it operated perfectly.I then drilled a hole in the bottom right-rear corner inside the cubby and ran a USB extension cable discreetly to an outlet for the lights. Using the app the light goes on and off automatically. I don't imagine the little battery pack would last more than a couple of hours. Note to designer/manufacturer: Maybe a pre-drilled hole?MY ONE CRITICISM would be the fabric drawers. I fear the thin veneer drawer fronts may twist or warp over time. We'll see. Were not putting anything heavy or dirty into them so we hope the fabric will hold up with use.At Easter the coffee table became an extra seating table for our guests. It didn't take longer for me to put it together. I had it almost finished and went to test the working of the table top. Discovered I had put pieces 7 and 8 (I believe) in backwards and had to take it mostly apart again turn them around abd put it back together again.
