Boots usually last me around 6-8 months, I am very hard on them. I will update this as I use them more but I will list my first impressions below. Pros: Very lightweight boot, I don't feel weighed down but it still seems to have plenty of traction. I have used it so far in muddy conditions, as well as climbing up hills and going through puddles. My feet are staying dry and the boot seems to clean up pretty easily. The zipper works nice and does not seem to get jammed up. The value is outstanding, it fits the same as my bates boots and feels like a 511 in terms of comfort. It is blood borne resistant. Cons: The leather feels thinner than other boots I have owned, not sure how this will play out in the long run. Overall: it is a nice boot for the money 49.99 on desertcart. The best feature I have found so far is they are very lightweight, and after a day on my feet I don't feel like I am dragging them. These are a great boot, they are starting to show their age but just from being worn out, never thought I could say that about a boot. I will try to attach some pictures. The ones I got were very snug until they broke in, but still feel tighter than I like.It seems to me that shoe size differs from boot, at least to me! I ordered my sneaker fit size, but should have gone with my previous boot fit which is one size up from what I wear in sneakers and shoes. Good boots for the price, only lasted about 7 months before they started to need repairs. Good luck! **Q: are this good for snow?** A: They are really a good boot. Couple of in. of snow.AOK. But they are not water proof that I known of. I just ordered another pair. **Q: I wear a 9 1/2 regular shoe should I get a 10 or do they run big** A: I defiantly disagree that these run big.. I usually wear a 11 or 11.5 wide, and I ordered an 11 W based on answers here, but the toe box was so narrow that I could barely squeeze my foot in; and that was after taking the laces almost completely off and working and stretching them to try and loosen them up.. I had to go back and look at the box and read the label several times to make sure it was an 11W.. and the labels confirmed.. I'd probably have to go to a 12 or 13 W to get one to fit, but I'm just returning and trying something else.. too bad.. they looked like great deal **Q: I am extremely hard on shoes.
