A: It depends on the size of the 9 year old! I checked the size chart and ordered based on the measurements there and the measurements of my grandson. It fit him perfectly!!

A: No. There’s one small tag

A: Took about 1 week

**Q: Is the head hole stretchy? I have a kid that is very particular about hoodies not being tight when putting on.**
A: No not very stretchy.but not super tight either.
