For me, I noticed my blood sugar control is way better on this. The story goes that I couldn't work out why my blood sugar was high again (by high i mean 6.4mmol/ml 3hrs after eating or 6mmol/ml after overnight fast. The only thing I had changed was not having taken this for a few days, as soon as I started it again, blood sugar dropped again.
