## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why does the V12 have good cooling performance?**
A: This is determined by three main factors: The 5.5-inch diameter industrial turbine fan, a high power operation of 36W, and an ideal speed of 2800 RPM. It also benefits greatly from llano's 12 years of expertise in laptop peripherals.

**Q: Why does higher speed result in more noise?**
A: We use brushless motors, the faster they rotate, the greater the airflow produced, which enhance cooling effect. However, this also leads to increased noise.

**Q: Why can the V12 only reach a maximum speed of 2800rpm?**
A: Through repeated testing by our engineers and found that a 5.5in large-diameter fan only generates noise close to the maximum acceptable level at a maximum speed of 2800 RPM and achieving optimal cooling efficiency.

**Q: How often is the dust-proof cotton typically replaced?**
A: It usually needs to be replaced every 3 to 6 months. the dust-proof cotton can prevent dust from entering the laptop, thereby extending the lifespan of the laptop

**Q: Can I turn the lights off?**
A: Yes, just long press the RGB mode button for 2s, turning on the rgb light is the same operation.
