I could not get the sticker off the mirror on the back page and contacted the company. They offered to replace the book but also suggested I look again for the transparent film on the mirror. Sure enough when I looked closer there was a transparent film that came off very easily. The sticker came off with the film. My mistake but they were still very understanding!
