He suggested that the problem might have been caused by a slight mismatch between the shipping address and the default address on my desertcart account. Following his advice, I attempted to copy and paste the exact address he provided into the default address field. However, I was unable to do so and informed him accordingly. Go for it. ### ⭐ Poor Product Performance and Usability *by A***I on 12 August 2025* The product is not working as expected. When placing the dough ball in the machine, it doesn’t produce the size and texture shown in the images. I followed all the steps, including those in the YouTube tutorial, but it didn’t help. On top of that, I have to hold the hand bar for more than 5 minutes just to make a single roti, and the heat from the product is so high that it’s uncomfortable to stand near it for long while pressing the hand bar. Unfortunately, I purchased the product without noticing there’s no return option.
