My left foot is anatomically different from my right, with a lower arch. I play tennis 3-4 times a week and have recently developed Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot and was looking for a comfortable walking/running shoe with sufficient support. Found the right pair of shoes but their insoles are not fit for purpose and my plantar pain was still bothering me. I’ve had these insoles for a while and they work great in both my running and tennis shoes, not too bulky, just the right amount of padding. Just need to keep up with the suggested exercises to battle the plantar. I suffer from knee pain too, but after 3-4 hours on the tennis court my knees don’t feel as bad.
