I love its look and feel and only quibble about the modest 350ml capacity. Hand-washing only, obviously but this product is a triumph of technology over a very mundane issue: cold coffee! Review: Battery did not work - Mug worked fine on the charger but the battery would not charge and it was blank when lifted it off - I had chucked out the box. I have started an desertcart return and boxed it up and will get back to you all to see if the defective good was properly refunded. I have both and it works perfectly **Q: Does it come with 12v** A: No. The charger operates from a mains electricity socket at 240v **Q: What kind of heating technology it has? Is it induction or coil ?** A: It has.....!!!!...wait for it..... induction to charge the battery but a resistive heating coil to heat the metal cup for two hours, it's a solution looking for a product. More insulation or a vacuum hint :-) hint :-) would be more ecological,, really Brian....... and a better solution to this first world problem, but then, hey we could rub two sticks together like in the old days... :-) **Q: £134 is it worth that ?** A: It is very expensive for what it does. But it does work. As long as you wish to drink your coffee or tea at your desired temperature, then this will do the job brilliantly. However, I can not recommend this for travelling as the battery rarely last 2 hours. It is very useful in an office where the charger is plugged in next to your PC.
