I used it for the first time today. The wax heater was good and all the lotions and potions worked well. However, I found the wax to harden very quickly on application to underarms, and when I tried to spread it around I would be left with stringy wax or little patches of wax that have to be peeled off the skin once you have finished waxing. I believe I had the wax at the right temperature and consistency as I was very careful as it was my first time. The wax did grab well on the sections I applied to. Underarms aren’t always the easiest to wax due to angles but I was definitely expecting an easier experience so will purchase a different wax once this one runs out.
