Installation was very straightforward just be sure to use plumber’s tape on the threads and tighten it securely, and it won't leak at all. The filtration noticeably improves the water feel, and the handheld wand makes rinsing down the shower quick and easy. Highly recommended! Review: Shower upgraded! - So far we love it, tons of pressure with tiny holes instead of the usual large holes making strong stinging shower. Noticed I am taking alot shorter showers because this cleans your body so well, using less soap and shampoo also. This is a game changer people. Came with an extra mist disc and extras of the screens and rubber gaskets. Wish it came with spare filters but that's why it is cheaper, just ordered a 4 pack of filters separately. Doesn't have a window to easily see the status of the filter as advertised, but I think that is better so you don't always see the dirty filter everytime you take a shower. Great buy, hope it lasts. ## Features - High-Pressure Handheld Showerhead: Designed for Homes with Low Water Pressure – Say Goodbye to Weak Flow. Professional customer support is readily available for any installation or usage issues, with a commitment to resolve within 24 hours. - Note: If there are missing parts or you need replacement parts after receiving your order, please contact us promptly. - Purchase Information: The spray mode is recommended for facial cleansing in cold weather as it produces a cool mist. The reason why the spray mode produces a cooler mist is that when water evaporates quickly in the air, it absorbs some heat, making the mist feel cooler than the original water temperature. This cool mist is particularly refreshing in hot weather, helping to reduce heat and invigorate the senses. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CGRFJC9M | | Best Sellers Rank | #2,023 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #22 in Handheld Showerheads | | Brand | PWERAN | | Brand Name | PWERAN | | Color | Gray | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 12,847 Reviews | | Finish Type | Painted | | Finish Types | Painted | | Flow Rate Description | 1.8 Gallons Per Minute, 1.8 GPM | | Hose Length | 60 inches | | Included Components | Shower Head, 18 Stages Filter Cartridge, Angle-adjustable Bracket, Stainless Steel Hose, Spare Washer, Additional Teflon Tape, Complete Installation Instructions | | Installation Type | Wall Mounted | | Item Dimensions L x W | 9"L x 3"W | | Item Highlight | ON/OFF Switch,4 Spray,Built-in Power Wash,Detachable Showerhead,Silicone Massage Brush,Remove Chlorine,Reduces Dry Itchy Skin | | Item Type Name | Filtered Shower Head with Handheld | | Item Weight | 1.4 pounds | | Manufacturer | Pweran | | Manufacturer Part Number | PR-AMSPHS-1T27 | | Material | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene | | Material Type | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene | | Model Number | PR-AMSPHS-1T27 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Jets | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of settings | 4 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Adjustable Height, Detachable, High pressure | | Setting Type | Full Body | | Shape | Round | | Style | Casual | | Style Name | Casual | | UPC | 763971374364 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** PWERAN - **Finish Type:** Painted - **Material:** Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene - **Shape:** Round - **Style:** Casual ## Images ![PWERAN Filtered Shower Head with Handheld,High Pressure Shower Heads Filter - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71ZrVxL6nwL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: How to control the water pressure?** A: Due to variations in water pressure across different regions and individual tolerance levels, if you experience excessively high water pressure, please try adjusting it using the one-touch stop button. **Q: Why the spray mode is a little bit cold ?** A: The reason why the spray mode produces a cooler mist is that when water evaporates quickly in the air, it absorbs some heat, making the mist feel cooler than the original water temperature. **Q: How to buy the filter replacement?** A: Filter Cartridge Replacement Recommendation: It's advised to replace the filter cartridge every 4-6 months, depending on your local water quality. Please purchase the filter element link in the store: B0CPV542QG. **Q: How to avoid the Leaking at the connection point?** A: Check that the filter rubber gasket inside the joint is properly placed and flattened, avoid over-tightening the joint, otherwise the gasket may be squeezed. Noticed I am taking alot shorter showers because this cleans your body so well, using less soap and shampoo also. This is a game changer people. Great buy, hope it lasts. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ STRONG water pressure with output toggle! great for young kids. *by S***. on October 29, 2025* UPDATE 9.3.2026: The shower head snapped and broke off at the threads. I was trying to remove the water screen to clean and restore the spray, but today it gave way and snapped. It seems like this is a common issue as I've seen other review photos. I've included a photo of mine as well. Pretty sad about it. I bought this a little over a year ago and It has been the best shower head I've used. I'm ordering the newer one with the wider shower head and see how that goes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It's probably the best shower head I've used. I like my water pressure to be strong and this absolutely checks off. The shower head is of a textured plastic so it doesn't feel like it would slip out of my hands. It does feel light weight. There's a water filter in the handle of the shower head. How much is it filtering? I don't really know. I live in the bay area of Cali, and my water is pretty clean. It's a nice feature to have regardless. It has 3 modes - spray, mist, and a combo. I like that it's switch you toggle versus my previous was a lever you press on to shuffle through. That lever eventually wore out and I couldn't change the mode anymore. Hence me buying this. Honestly I rarely use the mist mode as it kinda feels like needles spraying at you. Oh, the spray head can be twisted off and then you use like a hoser. I don't much use of this feature, but it's nice. There's also a flow toggle so you can control the pressure output. This is very useful for me when I give my toddler a shower and I'm not blasting him with the full force. Installation: very straightforward and it gives you the plumbers tape too. This was replacing a pre existing shower head with a hose, So I just swapped the shower head and it works. No fitment issues at all. I would definitely it again whenever the shower head in our other bathroom decides to break. ## Frequently Bought Together - PWERAN Filtered Shower Head with Handheld, High Pressure Water Flow and Multiple Spray Modes Shower Head with Filter, Power Wash for Hard Water, Showerhead with ON/OFF Switch for Pets Bath - Pweran Shower Filter for Handheld Shower Head, 2 Pack 18 Stage Replacement Filters for Hard Water Remove Chlorine and Harmful Substances - Dixon Valve TTB75 PTFE Industrial Sealant Tape, -212 to 500 Degree F Temperature Range, 3.5mil Thick, 520" Length, 3/4" Width, White --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/581504350-pweran-filtered-shower-head-with-handheld-high-pressure-shower-heads](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/581504350-pweran-filtered-shower-head-with-handheld-high-pressure-shower-heads) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
