    Awesome sharpening stone

I ordered a stone and the first one i recieved had an imperfection. The company replaced it right away with expedited shipping. The replacement stone was perfect. I didn't use any oil. Just soaked it for about 5 to 10 minutes before using it. The stone really did a wonderful job sharpening my japanese Damascus knives and also my German steel. I would recommend this item to anyone thinking about getting a stone.

Honestly, my expectations were not that high but I am very content and happy with my purchase. The angle guide is interesting, I highly reccomend taking the time to check out youtube for wet stone techniques using the guide as you cant just stick it on and go at it. Theres a technique to how its clipped on and what stroke pattern to follow. I whittle a lot so I am familiar with sharp blades, I am very happy with this wet stone. I reccomend anyone who takes knife care seriously, to consider a knife strop.

This product made a huge difference in the task of sharpening my much needed sharpening of my kitchen knives.  Very easy to use!  HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT BE PURCHASED WITH A KNIFE SHARPENER!  It did the job completely and satisfactorily.  I do recommend this product!
