I love the material that they use under the glass so it doesn't slide. Excellent value for the money and the two speeds are really nice. I pray that it's durable but if not I did get the extended for your warranty. For some people like myself who don't like the headache of using a food processor to lock it in place this is the perfect one to use. When I say the ease of use yes it is the ease of use. Just be careful of the blades because they are super super sharp I don't even recommend watching them by hand really but if you can at least use a sprayer and a brush because the blades are so sharp you can accidentally cut your fingers..
