The service has been very satisfactory and they have been very helpful in helping me have a positive purchasing experience. I initially gave these candles 2 stars but expressed that the product, had it not been melted, was a very nice product. I stand behind this statement and have updated my review to 5 stars because I greatly appreciate good customer service and I still think the product is a great product. They are very nice candles and they have great functionality. I love that the product is rechargeable and that I can save money on batteries by using these candles rather than my others that require batteries. The charging dock is very efficient and works well, no issues with that. The candles have a nice range of brightness and hold their charge for a good amount of time. The remote is wonderful because I don’t have to handle each candle to turn them on and off which allows me to use the in areas that manual operation makes inconvenient like inside lanterns and up on top of my kitchen cabinets. I like the flexibility that the remote provides. If you have concerns about this product I hope that my information helps alleviate your concerns.
