I top the lasagna off with wet mozzarella so I don’t need foil (let the smoke in). I tuned the temperature in my Yoder smoker to toast the outside just right against my cast iron baking dish (lodge 9/13 at 340 degrees for an hour). So good. The real pleasure is that it is easy and ready to go. I don’t even heat the sauce. Pour it right from the jar into the pan I’m composing my lasagna in.
